[Strack] Resurrection

Hello all migration lovers!

My previous harddrive decided to stop working and dragged the
strack-list into wherever the data on crashed drives goes. Therefore I
have been trying to reconstruct the subscriber list from other places,
which may contain errors. Therefore - if you feel that you have been
subscribed to something you don't want (or with the wrong address) then
contact me (tby@acc.umu.se). Also, if you know people that previously
were subscribed - see to it that they get on the list again.
I have changed the list managing software, so administrative requests
should now go to listar@randbaek.chem.umu.se (or to me tby@acc.umu.se).
I hope it'll work as nice as it did before.
