Somewhere between the supermarket and his home it had happened. The
unimaginable. He began to backtrace his entire path inside his mind.
When he left the K-Mart it'd still been there. And now, a mere 2
kilometres walk from the supermarket, it was gone. It had happened. The
end of time as he knew it. There was nothing such as time anymore. No
more days and nights would pass, no more timetables would be possible to
be laid. Because somewhere between K-Mart and his home, the time as he
knew it had ceased to be. It had disappeared. Completely vanished. It
was gone.
"And I bought it less than a year ago", he sighed, and let the receipt
for the Rolex fall to the floor.
