"18 Til I Die" debuted at #1 on the Album Chart becoming Bryan's third UK No. 1 album following "Waking Up The Neighbours" and "So Far So Good". "18" fell two notches to #3 on its second chart week.

"(Everything I do) I do it for you" holds the all time record for consecutive weeks at No. 1.

However the all time record for weeks at the top spot is held by Frankie Laine's "I believe", which had three runs at No. 1 in 1953 totally adding up to 18 weeks. That was in the first full year of the UK chart, and needless to say the competition was of course much harder in 1991.
