Hi and welcome to my somewhat different homepage !

As I am no great artist, and not very interested in doing some fancy page full of links (that someone else already have done much better) I've decided to make my homepage almost html-free.

If you like, you can also see this as a kind of protest against all those fancy homepages packed with 99.9 percent eye-candy and thus very little information.

Oh, don't expect this to get updated frequently ;) Right now I average in about one update every fourth year...

Anyhow, enough yapping about those boring things and on to something more interesting: Me :)

I was born in August 1975, and those of you who is doing better in math than me should be able to figure out how old I am then ;) Pictures of me is probably easiest to locate in ACC's Image Archive...

As of this writing (which is probably rather obsolete by the time you are reading this) I'm working at HPC2N doing various system administration. I'm also active sysadmin in the Academic Computer Club at Umeå University.

I started studying Computer Engineering in 1996, but converted to studying Computer Science in 1998. I eventually took a small sabbatical to finish my masters thesis Scaling a Content Delivery system for Open Source Software and getting my formal degree.

As you might have guessed, I have my roots in electronics and related hands on hobbies. I don't get much time left to play with those things nowadays, but every once in a while there is something I just have to patch just a little bit ;)

For those of you who enjoy food (who doesn't? :) you might want to take a peek at those recipes (in swedish) that I've found successful.

Almost final note: Things still have to be added to this page, and hopefully will, but probably won't :)
