Authenticate

You authenticate by first entering your username. You then get an email containg a code and an url. Now you may either follow the url in the mail or enter the code below and change and view your information. The code is valid for 24 hours and can only be used once.
Note that group account cannot change the information on this page, use a renewal form (ps, pdf) instead.
