1/2 cup margarine or butter 1 1/2 cups Girl Scout Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookies, crushed 1-7 oz. pkg. flaked coconut (2 2/3 cups) 1-14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk 1-12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips 1/2 cup peanut butter 1/2 cup Girl Scout Shortbread Cookies, crushed Preheat oven to 350° (325° for glass dish). In a 9 x 13" baking pan, melt margarine or butter in oven. Sprinkle Girl Scout Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookie crumbs evenly over melted margarine or butter. Top with coconut, then top with sweetened condensed milk. Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned. In small saucepan over low heat, melt chips with peanut butter. Spread evenly over hot coconut layer. Top with Girl Scout Shortbread Cookie crumbs. Cool 30 minutes. Chill. Cut into bars. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
