Nougat cookies 300 g melted butter 9 dl rolled oats 2.5 dl sugar 0.5 dl light syrup 15 ml vanilla suguar (or 10 ml vanilla extract) 15 ml baking soda 0.5 dl white flour ----- 300 g nougat Mix everything (except the nougat) and pour/place into a pan (approx 30x40 cm), evenly. Bake in 200C for 10-12 minutes. Put thin slices of nougat on the warm cake, let it melt and then spread evenly. Let it get cold, then cut into small cookies.
