* 4 small bananas * 100 ml light syrup * 200 ml heavy cream * 15 ml lemon juice * 50 g walnuts or pecans * 10-15 ml fresh grated ginger Mix syrup and cream in a wide frying pan. Boil on low heat for 5-10 minutes. Add lemonjuice, nuts, and fresh grated ginger. Peel and halve the bananas length-wise. Add them to the sauce and let them just warm up a bit. Serve with ice cream.
