I haven't had this happen to me, but my first guess would have been to remove and put back the two CPU chips (40-pin chips) on the main boards, possibly with some contact cleaning on the pins. If that doesn't help, try going over the other connectors (there are lost of them in there!) > Has anyone had this happen? Could it be time to replace the battery?? The battery only supplies power to the patch memory, so if it goes flat you'll get random patches but that's all. However, the battery has been known to leak which could cause all sorts ofproblems on the board on which it is mounted.
