Don't know about casio ,but I assume the problem is that what you need to trigger the poly6's arp is NEGATIVE pulse (something like s-trig on old moogs)-it's fired by falling side of pulse, and it seems that your casio has POSITIVE trigger out. You can check it by DVM on poly6 arp trig in,I think it should be around +5V (so it's triggered when you applu 0V "ground") - pulse lasting some 2-4 ms.If casio's trig out is 0V when isn't triggering (it puts out +5V when is ,I presume) - that's what is your problem. You need some simple pulse inverter with one transistor to fix it.
