>I am trying to load the WAV patches onto the Poly Six. Can anyone tell >me the sequence and the switch settings and anything else I need to do >this? I have 2 Poly Sixs that need the sounds loaded. Process> begin by connecting your Soundcard-Out up to your Tape In Port on the poly6. To do this, you'll probably need a mini-jack (sound card) to jack (tape in). once the two are connected, switch Tape Enable to the Enable Position. Hit the Patch Bank B button, which is also labled "from tape". *you may need to switch the switch on the back of the poly6 near the tape in port to "high"* now, play the sound file on your computer. After a few seconds, you should see each patch bank button light up in order, until it's done. If it ends with all lights bright and the "error/cancel" button lit up, then try adjusting the volume of your computer either down or up.If not, enjoy your newly loaded patches. To transfer patch data from one poly6 to the other. Do the same basic method above, just connect the Tape In of one to the Tape Out of the other. Make sure the volume of the tape is synchronized on both (either high/high or low/low) Then set the poly6 which has the data you are transferring up like this: Tape Enable> Enable, Patch Bank A (To Tape). Make sure the other poly6 is set to receive when you push Bank A. C'est tout!
