We have "support" in our computer-lab, located in S401 in "Samhällsvetarhuset", Thursdays between 12:15 and 12:45.
At other times, we can be reached via email at support@acc.umu.se. If the problem is a forgotten password, we can't help you by mail. Come visit us on our support-times.

Some questions are very frequent, these are collected here in our FAQ.

Read it before you mail support@acc.umu.se to avoid asking questions that we get far too often.
