"District of Corruption is one of those labels that's bubbling
just under the radar at the moment, but I expect them to bust
out over the next 6 months or so as they've put out a stream of
quality records thus far. Isometric deliver two tracks (including
a superb remix from Dinky) that are heavy, but in a tripped, fuky,
minimal sort of way that says 'Cologne' all over it but with a
distinctly U.S. feel as well. Wicked dancefloor tracks that should
stand the test of time."
"Isometric with this new 12 for the District Of Corruption imprint.
“Insert Coin” is a deep, dark minimal techno groover, with a killer
bassline working
in tandem with tight drum patterns and echoing effects on a low-slung
techno pleaser.
On the flip, Dinky reworks the track into slightly more off-kilter take on
the minimal
approach, with the bassline now joined by layers of percolating analog
keys."
